Information on the space:

  • Ideal for corporate and social events with a capacity of up to 200 people. Not recommended for wedding ceremonies unless small and intimate guest count.

  • Museum: Approx 1300 sq feet. May also use the adjoining lobby area for larger events.

  • Includes a seated outdoor space.

  • A refundable security deposit of $1,000 and 50% of the venue rental fee are due with the signed rental agreement. The remaining balance and a Certificate of Insurance will be due 10 business days prior to the event date.

  • The rental fee varies depending on the day of the week. The rental includes an 8-hour block of time, this includes event time as well as load-in and load-out. You can break up the 8 hours that works best for your event. Additional hours are available for $300 an hour. 

    • Sunday-Thursday - $3,000  

    • Friday - $4,000  

    • Saturday - $4,000  

    • Holiday - $5,500
